This document is a legally binding agreement between you as the user(s) of the Platform (referred to as “you”, “your” , “User” or "Customer" hereinafter) and the MyStore18.com (referred to as “we”, “our” or “MyStore18.com” hereinafter).

Domestic Shipping Policy :

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking -

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation message via email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

There is possibility that Due to Network congestion, You may not receive Confirmation SMS notification, in this case You can track your Order by visiting Track my Order for shipment details.

Some of our Partner Courier Services are direct integrated with our system and If We ship your order via them, in this case You can track your shipment at My Account > Purchase History or Track my Order only and We may not provide you separate tracking number.

Damages -

MyStore18.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
